Flux for the automated low-temperature solotring without consecutive washing

Basic characteristics, essence of elaboration.
The proposed flux contains carbolic acids, cyclic nitrogen-containing compound (the corrosion inhibitor) and ethyl alcohol as a solvent. It is designed for applying in mechanized low-temperature soldering and tinning in the radio production. Unlike fluxes used in the industry, such as FKSp where the content of resin can reach 60 %, the content of fissile elements in the offered flux does not exceed 5%. The distinctive feature of the flux composition is that carbolic acid functions not only as a fissile element, but also as an inhibitor of corrosion. The flux has low corrosion activity and does not require washing due to formation of non-ionogenic organic compounds during the soldering. The products of fluxing do not affect the electrical resistance magnitude of dielectrics (glass fiber plastic) under higher temperature and relative humidity of surrounding medium. The non-ionogenic organic compounds with hydrophobic properties, formed during the soldering, are even capable to raise resistance of dielectrics in normal climatic conditions.

 The application for the patent of Ukraine is being registered officially now.

Comparison with world analogues.     
There are no analogues in the CIS countries. The analysis made on the basis of patent search, shows, that the flux with all its technical characteristics has a lot of advantages among analogues. It has a high fluxing activity and no corrosion effect. It does not leave the products of resinification after soldering and does not require washing.

Economic appeal of the elaboration for market promotion, application and realization, parameters, price.      
The flux is used at the enterprises of the Industrial Policy of Ukraine, namely, joint-stock company "Factory Mayak", PA "Iskra". The estimated price of the flux with serial production 1000 liters a year makes up $1 for one liter.

Branches, ministries, departments, enterprises and organizations where elaboration can be applied.This product can be applied in the radioelectroiiic industry.

Current operational status.
The flux is perfectly ready for application.
